Pampered Homes uses UPS, FedEx and DHL to offer two shipping options for delivery within the 48 Continental USA: Standard and DHL Rush.
Standard Shipping
United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the 48 Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within 3 business days, and are delivered within 5-10 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $125 or more to destinations within the 48 Continental U.S.
There is a $9.95 shipping charge on all orders under $125 to destinations within the 48 Continental U.S.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Sorry, Pampered Homes does NOT ship outside of the Continental United States of America (internationally).
Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.
3 - 4 Day DHL Rush Shipping
DHL Rush shipping is available within the 48 Continental United States ONLY.
Delivery normally takes 3 - 4 full business days to arrive (excluding Sundays and Holidays), allowing 1 business day for warehouse order processing.
Orders received after 12 pm CT may not be processed for shipment until the next Business Day.
We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Air Shipping charges.
Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information. If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.
Some items do not qualify for DHL Rush shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment we will email your order status, keeping you informed of when your order will arrive. This email will contain a URL that shows the current status &/or tracking information for your order.
Overdue Arrivals
Overdue arrivals rarely occur, but in the event that it does we will place a Package Trace Order Request with the carrier. Please allow the maximum delivery time for your order to arrive. If your package is late to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us! Include your order confirmation number, full name, and shipping address in all e-mail correspondence.
