Standard Ground Shipping
Pampered Homes ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for delivery within the 48 Continental U.S.A. Most orders ship out within 2-3 business days, and are delivered within 5-10 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
There is a Standard Flat Rate $9.95 Shipping charge on all orders under $125 to destinations within the 48 Continental U.S.A.
FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $125 or more to destinations within the 48 Continental U.S.A.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship most products to P.O. Boxes, military addresses or destinations outside of North America at this time. Those products that can be shipped may be done so via USPS with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
Please note that multiple items ordered may ship separately.
In-House Rush Shipping
With our In-House Rush Shipping, we process your order right away and push it through the system, but the package still ships via regular Ground service. The fee for this service is $5.00 in addition to the Standard Ground Shipping fee for your order. This expedite service only applies to in-house time; not shipping time.
Please understand, we can not guarantee this service. We simply guarantee to expedite your order in-house, and then to ship it via the appropriate shipper. It is up to the shipper to get the package to you timely.

Wrong Shipping Address
To help assist us in preventing shipment delays, please verify the shipping address prior to submitting your order. Common mistakes which may delay receiving a shipment are incorrect zip codes, missing apartment or suite numbers, and incorrect street numbers.
If a wrong shipping address is provided we will try to intercept the order at the warehouse, but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly. Most shipping carriers will charge us a $10.00 intercept fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer.
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged additional shipping charges when your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by the shipping carrier for address correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. UPS typically charges $10.00 for correction of each ground package regardless of how minor the address correction may be.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided such that the package is shipped to another person and cannot be recovered, the customer will be charged the full order price again to reship the order to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment we will email your order status, keeping you informed of when your order will arrive. This email will contain a URL that shows the current status &/or tracking information for your order.
Overdue Arrivals
Overdue arrivals rarely occur, but in the event that it does we will place a Package Trace Order Request with the carrier. Please allow the maximum delivery time for your order to arrive. If your package is late to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us! Include your order confirmation number, full name, and shipping address in all e-mail correspondence.
