Special Order, Custom Order, and Made to Order items, including personalized items, are covered by a damaged / defective item exchange policy only, and are not included in our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.



Personalized Item Replacement Policy
If a personalized item is incorrectly processed, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Please double-check your personal message before sending your order.

Damaged/Defective Product Returns:
Items received damaged or defective can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note: Express Shipping charges cannot be refunded. To return an item and get a full refund, please E-mail us for instructions or fill out the Return Authorization Form below before returning merchandise, to obtain the correct return address for your package. Notification of damaged or defective item must be reported no later than 2 days after receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by Pampered Homes, must be received before returning product(s). Items returned without an RMA may be refused. For any refused packages, at the time of delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.



Non-Defective Product Returns:
Non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund, less original shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will apply. To return an item and get a refund, please E-mail us for instructions or fill out the Return Authorization Form below before returning merchandise, to obtain the correct return address for your package. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by Pampered Homes, must be received before returning product(s). Items returned without an RMA may be refused. For any refused packages, at the time of delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 10-14 business days, after return of the item(s), for refund completion. If you paid by credit card, the refund should be reflected on your credit card statement that falls within the date of refund completion (it depends on your billing cycle). If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit card account; instead we will issue you a refund check.
