Price Match Guarantee
| We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within 3 days after you place your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference. In order to qualify you must email the competitors website address and your order number, name, and address to info@pampered-homes.com
Price Match Exclusions & Rules:
Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must first purchase the item on Pampered-Homes.com before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
- Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, "buy one, get one", additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping, or local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, closeouts, overstocked, clearance or liquidation sales) offers are not eligible.
- The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color, including model number, components and U.S. warranty (if included) that it is on Pampered-Homes.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site.
- Guarantee applies to Web sites only, not brick-and-mortar stores.
- The Web site must not be an auction site, discount site (like overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com, site affiliated with Amazon.com, paid-membership club, affiliate websites and the seller must be an authorized U.S. seller of the item, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. Manufacturer/wholesale prices are not eligible.
- Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. retail company.
- Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.
- Item must be purchased on Pampered-Homes.com to file a claim for 100% Price Match Guarantee, and lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 3 days of the Pampered-Homes.com order date. The Pampered-Homes.com price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
- Price match includes shipping, handling, & discounts. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's shipping and handling fees will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price. If the other company's shipping and handling fees are not supplied, we will add $9.95 to the other company's price.
- If claim is filed for price reduction on Pampered-Homes.com within 3 days of order date, refund is for 100% of the price difference. The item must be currently available on Pampered-Homes.com in the same size, style, and color that you purchased.
- There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item (multiple claims on the same item will not be eligible).
- Claims are limited to one price adjustment per item.
- Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
- We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
