Every order is delivered 5-10 business days (excludes Saturday, Sundays and holidays) after order completion. During that time, we will keep you informed on the status of your order by two separate Order Confirmation Emails: 1) Order Received and 2) Order Status Update / Tracking Information.
Please review our Order Processing and Shipping Confirmation Procedures:
STEP 1: ORDER RECEIVED CONFIRMATION (Business Day 1):
You’ll get the "Order Received" email immediately after placing an order. It basically confirms that your order was received. We will process your order within 24 business hours.
STEP 2: ORDER STATUS UPDATE / TRACKING INFO (Business Days 2-5):
Upon shipment we will email your order status, keeping you informed of when your order will arrive. This email will contain a URL that shows the current status &/or tracking information for your order.
STEP 3: ORDER IN-TRANSIT (Business Days 5-10):
At this time, your order is in transit to its final destination, and it is in the hands of our ground shipper.
