1. How will I know if you received my order?
After you have successfully placed your order you will be forwarded to a confirmation page immediately. Also, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided, which should be saved or printed for your receipt.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Your order should be processed in 24 to 48 hours beginning the next business day during the standard business week, Monday through Friday. If your order is received on the weekend, the 24 to 48 hour processing period begins on the next business day following the day your order was placed. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Please check the Availability status, for each item you order, on each item's page.
3. When can I expect to receive my order?
With standard shipping our customers could receive their orders anytime between 3-10 business days following a 24-48 hour processing time. We ask our customers to allow 5-10 business days to take into account cross-country shipping times. Click here for complete shipping details. 4. I received the package but where is my receipt?
The confirming email you received after order placement can be used as an official receipt to redeem any coupons, rebates, warranties, etc. Simply print it out and submit it to the manufacturer.

The word "EXCLUSIVE" indicates our talented designers and artists from all over the world have been commissioned to craft these items with exceptional care specifically and exclusively for our collection.
6. Do you honor manufacturer's warranties?
Manufacturer's warranties are (by definition) between you and the manufacturer. Most warranties require you to show proof of purchase, which your order confirmation can serve as. If you've lost your original order confirmation, you can email us at any time at myorder@pampered-homes.com.
7. I want to order an item but it does not have an "add to cart" or "buy" button. How can I order this item?
Should you find an "add to cart" button that is not present on the product page, this indicates that the item is currently unavailable or out-of-stock.
8. Can my package be gift-wrapped?
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping to our customers at this time.
9. How do I know if the item I ordered is in stock?
We do our very best to keep a current inventory status of our over 3000+ products at any given time, however, there is a margin of variance. Within the 24 to 48 hour processing time if we find that your item is back-ordered or out-of-stock we will notify you by email. Orders are subjected to stock availability and orders may be partially fulfilled without prior notice. If you have indicated Rush order, we will email you of the "out-of-stock" status as soon as possible.

PAYMENT Q&A
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) and PayPal.
2. How safe is it to pay by credit card at Pampered-Homes.com?
It's perfectly safe. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available), when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. When you enter your payment information into your computer and click the 'submit' button, your computer encrypts the information before it sends the data. Only our server has the key to decrypt it. Once the payment is in our hands, it gets re-encrypted and goes through secure channels to our credit-card processing network. In fact, our process is a lot safer than reading your card number aloud over the telephone. You can rest assure that your personal information is safe and it will not be used for any other purpose.
We also use industry-recognized Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Security Code (CSC, also known as CVV2) to help prevent credit card fraud.
3. I don't like using my credit card online. Can I order by phone?
Because Pampered Homes is an online-based business only, we only offer internet orders. This allows us to keep our pricing as low as possible. Orders are not accepted via our Customer Service number at this time.
4. When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed when your order has shipped.
5. How important is the billing information when I am using a credit card for payment?
Very Important. Our policy is to verify that every billing address presented for payment of an order is an exact match with the address on file with your credit card company. If the billing address does not match with the address on file with your credit card company, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. This occurrence delays the processing of your order as we are not able to continue processing your order until the correct credit card billing address is provided. This policy is designed to stop fraudulent orders from being placed by someone other than an authorized user of your credit card.
6. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A sales tax of 6.25% is added to all orders to Texas. This charge will be automatically added to your order when you check out. Sales tax is not charged on order recipients outside of Texas.

1. How can I track my order?
Upon shipment we will email your order status, keeping you informed of when your order will arrive. This email will contain a URL that shows the current status &/or tracking information for your order.
2. Can I have a product delivered to a P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally?
Since we ship via UPS, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical street address. At the moment, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
3. Why wasn't a packing slip included with my order?
The majority of our products will be shipped with a packing slip included in with the shipment. A few of our shipping locations are not equipped to include a packing slip with the order, however, we encourage our customers to print out a copy of their order at the time the order is placed to insure that they will have all pertinent information if they need to contact us with questions or concerns about their order.
4. Can I have my order shipped directly to a loved one?
Yes. Product pricing will not be revealed on the packing slip so you can ship directly to a loved one!
5. Can I ship to a different address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Yes. Simply fill in the "Shipping Address" information upon checkout.
